What we publish
We explain financing structures, organize public provider information and offer simple planning tools for Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia. Country coverage is editorial coverage. It does not establish a local office, a licence to advise in a jurisdiction or an offer to arrange finance there.
Sources and review
Government bodies and official program pages support program descriptions. Providers’ own public pages support product and identity descriptions. Links appear beside the claims they support, and each guide shows its source-check date. Provider marketing is not independent proof of performance or suitability.
This edition was researched and drafted with AI assistance. Sources were checked during production, but no independent legal, accounting or regulated financial review is claimed. We do not invent reviewer credentials, customer stories, approval statistics or first-hand lending experience.
How provider selection works
The directory is a curated set of direct offerings, not the whole market. We exclude broker-only offerings and comparison marketplaces. When a provider has several activities, its entry is restricted to the product supported by the linked evidence. Factoring is identified separately from lending. We do not treat a broker channel as proof that a funding institution is itself a broker.
Listings are alphabetical, not ranked by supposed approval odds or paid placement. The current site uses ordinary source links without affiliate tracking. Inclusion does not establish a commercial relationship, an endorsement or membership of a lending panel. The publisher’s commercial interests should be considered when reading the site; this is not an independent rating agency.
Public information only
We do not publish confidential lender guides, commission schedules, private credit thresholds or internal underwriting rules. Public examples use stated, hypothetical inputs. Rates, guarantees, fees and availability must be confirmed in the actual offer.
What the tools can tell you
The loan tool calculates a simplified fixed-rate monthly payment. The cash-gap worksheet models one period. Both expose their assumptions and formulas. Neither assesses eligibility, prices a particular lender’s product, computes a regulatory APR or replaces a full forecast.
When sources change
A source-check date is a snapshot, not a claim of continuous monitoring. If sources distinguish announced changes from operative rules, our content should do the same. If a provider’s classification or geography is uncertain, we omit the entry until there is enough public evidence. Use the official source to confirm current terms before acting.
